We understand that plans can change. Please notify us by 4 P.M. the day before your scheduled visit if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If anything is missed or you are not fully satisfied, we will return the same day or the next day to address any concerns at no additional charge.
All MoreHands employees have the right to discontinue work if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable in a home. We will inform you if work must be discontinued and discuss potential next steps.

You may cancel your recurring service at any time by phone, text, or email.
There are no long-term contracts. However, if you cancel before your second scheduled cleaning, an $89 charge will apply. This charge aligns more or less with the rate of a one time only service.
